Art therapy groups are a great way to build confidence and empower participants. Some people find it difficult to verbalize how they are feeling or what they are going through and art offers a non-verbal form of expression.

Art therapy can offer great benefits like bonding and communication, when working together towards a common goal. Using art through team building allows for a sense of playfulness among your co-workers and supervisors.

Empowerment and resiliency is something that each one of us carries within ourselves. Through sharing about her own experiences Tisha provides audiences with a sense self-motivation and determination.

psychoeducational workshops

Educational presentations on a variety of topics including: art therapy practice, emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, self-esteem building, cultural teachings and anger management.

art therapy contracts

Art therapy benefits children and youth, by providing them with an alternative way of expression. Contracts for schools, First Nation communities and agencies are available. Healing through expression.

sound therapy groups

Group sessions for sound therapy. Sound sessions include hand drums, rattles, sound bowls, and many other instruments. Available for sound baths in community, for events, and organizational programs.

We will cover all areas of wellness in the retreat activities emotional. mental, spiritual, and physical.
